High school girls basketball all-area is in the newspaper today.
I know the debate about who should be player and coach of the year was vicious throughout the state tournament. The winners:
Player of the Year:
Asia Jenkins, Piscataway
Coach of the Year:
Maureen Barnett, South Plainfield.
